The Power of Deep Soul Stretching Belly Breaths

"Taking 50 deep, abdominal breaths every day will add years to your life and life to your years." Author unknown.

Breath is life force energy. Breath is the number one tool to totally transform our lives. However, most of us breathe in shallow spikes. I know that the ability to take deep, profound breaths has meant the difference of life and death for me. I have been in periods of my life where I thought I simply couldn't go any further. It was doing breathwork that got me through those dark times.

So when we make the powerful commitment to breathe deeper than we ever have before, our lives can truly take off in magical and exciting ways. What parts of your life could you completely change simply by making deep breathing a major part of your daily routine?

Here is a simple breathing practice you can do right now:

Simply take a deep, long slow breath. Fill your belly completely with air first, and then once the belly is full, fill the entire chest with air as well. Fill up your lower belly, mid-belly, low-chest, and upper chest with air.

Then slowly release your breath. Empty your chest and belly completely.

Breathing in again, filling up your belly and chest completely.

And breathing out again, emptying your lungs and belly... all the way out.

To really amp up your energy, keep a connection between your inhaling and exhaling breaths, allowing no pauses between them. Allow the incoming breath to melt into the outgoing breath, and allow the outgoing breath to melt into the incoming breath. Let your breath be an unbroken circle.

As you are breathing, focus on the center of your chest, and imagine that your heart-center opens and expands -- wider and wider -- with each inhale.

And with each exhale, relax your body and sink into the energy of love in the center of your chest.

Keep going for as long as you like.

So that is the basic breathing practice.

Here are a few more suggestions on how to use deep breathing in your life:

1. You could do a ten or twenty-minute breathing session in the morning and evening.

2. Or, you could do this breathing in bursts. Take 12 of these breaths in a row. Then later in the day, when you get a chance, take another 12 deep breaths in a row. Do any many 12 breath rounds as you can throughout the day.

3. Do 12 breaths in the mirror with yourself while looking deeply in your own eyes. Connect with your own soul. Give yourself some love with each breath.

4. Do 12 breaths when you are trying to fall asleep but your mind won't stop worrying.

5. Breathe in this way with a partner or friend.

6. Use your deep breaths in combination with any other personal or spiritual practice of meditation or self-improvement.

So how about you?

Are you a deep breather?

How has deep breathing changed your life?

The benefits of self-love

The benefits of sincere, genuine, unconditional self-love are endless. Better sleep. Improved relationships. More confidence. More abundance. More creativity. More joy. More of everything you want will come to you when you authentically love yourself.

However, loving ourselves is not always that easy. When I first started to love myself many years ago, it brought up all sorts of self-hating thoughts, feelings, and pain. So I would stop. Then I would start, stop and start again many times. The key is, I never stopped starting again!

Maybe that's true for many of us on this planet. With all the talk about self-love on the internet, how much of it is just talk? I realized several years ago that I was good at talking about how much I loved myself, but in the dark corners of my mind, still had a hard time doing so.

The first baby step of loving ourselves is admitting if we don't. Also, beating up on ourselves will only deepen the problem. So by being honest, we can begin a life long journey of healing that will change our lives for the better.

I have found that the hardest part of loving myself is having a conscious-subconscious split about it. This basically means that I am loving myself consciously, while holding subconscious thoughts of self-loathing, shame, guilt, etc. If all I do is stay in my conscious mind while attempting to love myself, the subconscious underbelly will always win out.

However, if I use the tools of my heart, my breath, and my passionate intensity -- then I can start to reform and reshape my subconscious mind to reflect a deep and profound love for myself.

The 2nd command of the Heart-Inspired Millionaire Energetic Mastermind plants a living reality of self-love deep into the chest, body, and subconscious mind.  Continuous, passionate, faith-filled repetition of this command every day will totally transform our consciousness.

Having a deeply embedded love and respect for ourselves is crucial to being both happy and financially successful.

In my book, I also describe a specific way of combining the the movement of the breath with the center of your heart to literally flood the energy of love through your mind and body in all moments. When you combine this breathing method with the intense and daily repetition of the command, and do this over time, then self-love will become a subconscious program operating in the background.

Stressful, conscious effort to love yourself will no longer be necessary.

Here is an abbreviated version of this breathing method that you can try now:

1. Simply begin taking deep and powerful breaths. Fill your belly and your chest completely, and empty your lungs completely. Allow no pauses between breaths. (Simply breathing deeply is an act of self-love!)

2. With each in-breath, imagine that your chest opens a little more. With each out-breath, relax your whole body a little more.

3. As you breathe, simply hold the intention that the energy of pure love is filling your every cell and atom. Stay focused on love. You could see the word LOVE hovering in your heart-field as you continue to breathe.

4. You could also imagine a waterfall of pure, unconditional love is pouring down through the top of your head as you breathe deeply, powerfully, and continuously.

5. Keep going for 10-15 minutes.

6. After you are finished, relax for a few moments, and move on with your day.

When you love yourself, keep in mind that this love will positively impact all life around you. Everyone will benefit.

P.S. -- If you have a hard time beginning to love yourself, remember that you are not alone. We all have a hard time with it. So just keep placing that beautiful hand of yours on your heart and loving yourself a little more.

How to build a subconscious fortress of positive thought and energy in the mind

Through experiences in childhood and adult life, many of us have been conditioned to hold subconscious thoughts of low self-esteem, fear, smallness, guilt, and shame in our bodies and minds.

Speaking for myself, I experienced trauma as a child. There were many times in my life where there were no protective boundaries between myself and others who wanted to hurt me. I was too small to protect myself, so this left me without any psychic boundaries. I suspect that this is true for many of us as well. We are left with a difficult time holding boundaries between ourselves and others. Maybe this is true for you as well?

It is like living in a house with no windows. The wind, animals, looters -- can all just come in and start squatting.

So how do we build an inner subconscious fortress of positive thought and energy within us?

I use a process of anchoring and holding powerful thoughts of abundance, joy, love, gratitude, service, freedom, etc. in the center of my chest. This emotionalizes them. As I keep dropping the same thoughts, which I call "heart-commands™," into my chest day in and day out -- new and powerful thoughts are living, thriving, and growing inside me.

The thoughts that we predominantly hold in our minds subconsciously attract thoughts of a similar vibration from the wild kingdom of the collective unconscious.

When we constantly, passionately, emotionally affirm, and hold positive thoughts in our chests and bodies, we are building that fortress. However, it does take time. It doesn't happen overnight. Deeply embedded, negative subconscious programming just doesn't disappear overnight, and it also does not disappear without a fight.

Another metaphor I like to use is that of a small town.

The people in this small town have a "certain way" of doing things, of thinking, behaving, talking, walking, earning a living, etc. If someone moves into that abandoned house on the corner of 3rd and Elm, remodels it, starts planting strange flowers in the yard, and starts doing things differently, then the town folk are going to get really pissed off. Especially if the new home owners are operating at a higher frequency. That really makes the locals mad.

They just don't take too kindly to these foreigners comin' in and upsettin' the order of things!

Our minds are just like that. For many of us with negative subconscious conditioning, when we introduce new ideas, new thoughts, and powerfully plant them right smack dab in the middle of this "small town" of our minds -- the oldtimers of shame, fear, and guilt are going to gather their posse and try to run the new thoughts out of town.

(Please keep in mind, this is just a metaphor. I live in a small town, and I love it!)

But what happens when another new thought moves in across the street from the other new thought? Then we are on to something. It's just a little harder to run two thoughts out of town.

Then move in another thought, and another, and another...

What happens when multiple people are dropping and holding the same thoughts in their respective towns? Then we are REALLY on to something.

That is exactly what WE are doing with The Heart-Inspired Millionaire Energetic Mastermind. This Mastermind is focused on creating and sustaining flows of money that vibrate at the frequencies of love, joy, and gratitude -- all to serve the highest good of all life on this planet.

(Soon, there will be other Energetic Mastermind books on other topics as well --- the next one in line: The Love-Awakening Energetic Mastermind)

In this abundance mastermind, we connect to our love and consistently drop and anchor the same potent thoughts of joy-filled, gratitude-rich, love-inspired abundance into our chests and bodies. This represents the power of multiple people holding the same commands in the "towns" of their subconscious minds.

Yes, of course, it takes time. We realize from the beginning that we are not at a fast food drive thru. We are in it for the long haul.

Yes, of course, we expect the resistance and the blowback. Many of our subconscious minds have been ruled by thoughts of a low vibrational nature for a very long time. These old ways of doing things do not like to be upset. Change is not welcome -- but change must come.

And this change will come not through brute force, but through loving compassion. The energy of love will meet those old conditioned thoughts where they are and help them transmute to higher and better versions of themselves.

Our heart-fields are intimately and directly connected to our bodies and our subconscious minds. As we hold thoughts here, and keep coming back day after day to reinforce them, they WILL GROW in our subconscious minds. These thoughts will join forces and produce still more thoughts. Pretty soon, factories of loving, joyous, abundant, happy, peaceful, and creative thoughts will be built.

If we are persistent and keep dropping powerful thoughts into our subconscious mind -- then we can literally build this inner fortress. We will naturally attract the people, the energy, the thoughts, the circumstances, and the opportunities that will make all our highest and greatest dreams a living reality.

To work with your own affirmations, try this:

1. Take an affirmation that you truly love.

2. Repeat it in a deep, heart-felt way 12 times.

3. Do 3 or 4 rounds of 12 repetitions each and every day.

4. Try it for 30 days, and see how you feel. But just remember, 30 days is just the beginning. Our minds are vast and deep, and changing our subconscious minds does take time.

P.S. I hope you find this post helpful -- if so -- then I would LOVE it if you could share it with a friend or family member. We are truly revolutionizing our approach to money through this energetic mastermind. It feels magnificent to heart-repeat and hold the same potent thoughts in our minds that other people are holding in theirs.

Keep Going Anyway

"It's always too early to quit." Norman Vincent Peale

Here are some words of encouragement to myself, to you, and to anyone else who has that seemingly impossible dream that they are living and striving for:

Even if all you have is your own belief and faith to keep you company, hold fast to your vision and keep going anyway. There will come moments in your journey where every cell of your body will scream at you to stop this nonsense. Fear will rise in your belly like a cold wind, telling you to turn back now. Other people will come along and tell you to be sensible, get a "real job" and get in line. Don't you dare give up on yourself.

Keep going anyway.

You are doing great. Keep coming back to the mirror of your own heart and soul. Remind yourself who you are. Look deeply into your own eyes. Love yourself unconditionally. Believe in yourself, your visions, and your dreams unconditionally. As you love yourself more each day, you will catch deep and rich glimpses of yourself as the happiest, most successful person you could ever become.

Love yourself even when it hurts to do so. For in loving yourself, in digging deep into your sincerity and pouring your highest love into your own eyes, you open up doors of possibility that never existed before. You will believe in yourself more than ever before. Yes, it's hard work. Yes, it can bring up messy emotions. Yes, it takes persistence and patience. You are worth it.

The truth is, the world needs you. The world needs you to step up. The world needs you to become your highest and greatest self. It really is time to stop playing small.

Keep going anyway.

Remember, when your internal resistance is the strongest, when your fear is heightened, when you are wiped out, exhausted, feeling sad... when it all just seems so impossible... when all you have is your own faith and your own belief to keep you company... you may just be closer than ever to that breakthrough, to that second wind, to that miracle, to that fresh burst of inspiration...

So just plant one foot in front of the other, even when the path ahead is unclear.

Keep going anyway.

copyright 2017 Danny Skyfeather

P.S. Remember, we are conditioned to seek out short term results. When we don't get what we want immediately, it is very easy to just quit. In my book on creating wealth from the heart, I stress again and again that reforming and reconditioning the heart and mind takes patience, persistence, and tenacity over time. We just can't give up. Ever.

You are worth the time and effort it takes. I am too. We all are.

The Power Of Handwriting Your Affirmations

Lately, I have begun to hand-write my heart-commands and affirmations. There is a tremendous power in our own handwriting. When we write by hand, we tap into a deeper part of our subconscious mind, and we communicate more clearly to our body, to our nervous system, and to the universe.

I am feeling a deep surge of emotional momentum build up inside me from this daily practice. I have tried this in the past, and for some reason or another, got derailed. I have heard it said that if you really want to get a thought deeply lodged in your subconscious mind, then write it 10 thousand times. I am sure that many of us may find that task to be daunting and overwhelming, but how hard would it be for you to handwrite it one time?

Probably not so hard.

The secret is this: if you can write it once, you can write it twice. Then it's off to the races.

"When we sit down day after day and keep grinding, something mysterious starts to happen... Unseen forces enlist in our cause; serendipity reinforces our purpose." Steven Pressfield, the author of The War of Art.

In other words, once we commit and begin, then we are no longer alone in our cause. I am still in the early stages of building these inner muscles of faith and sustained, daily effort over time. This blog represents my 13th day of a 365 day journey of writing about my work. Here is my original commitment on August 15, 2017.

So, here is how to work with handwriting your affirmations:

ONE - Handwrite your end result, the manifested goal, in the form of an affirmation. Speak in the present tense. Inspired from the work of Bob Proctor, begin your affirmation with the words "I am so happy and grateful that I am now...." then fill in the blank. Make it simple, straightforward, and detailed.

It takes some soul searching, some digging, and several re-writes.

Money - I am so happy and grateful that I am now easily receiving more than $_______________ every [week, month] as_____________________.

Writing success - I am so happy and grateful that more than____________copies of my book______________, have now been sold.

Relationship - I am so happy and grateful now that I am enjoying an intimate and heartfelt relationship with [describe the person].

Health - I am so happy and grateful now that I am enjoying a radiant, strong, healthy body at the long-term sustained weight of______________.

You get the idea.

You can even write future memories, or longer affirmations. In my book, I have 8 heart-commands. Heart command #7 is a present-tense statement of easily receiving, having, enjoying, and sharing millions of dollars with the world. It is a little longer statement than the short affirmations above. However, it is a power-packed, energy-infused, love-driven future memory. What's even more amazing, is that it is a statement that is designed to be held in the hearts of many people at the same time. This increases its awesomeness.

TWO - After you are finished writing your affirmation, go back over it, read it aloud, and underline key words. Do you best to tap into your emotion, joy, gratitude, the faith. Concentrate all your emotional and mental power. Then when you are finished doing that, place a check mark next to the affirmation.

This check mark is crucial.

It sends a signal to your mind that you have 1) written your affirmation, 2) reread, spoken, and reinforced it.

THREE - Make a commitment to write it every day. You could get a journal and dedicate it to writing this affirmation over and over again.

I recommend writing it twice a day, once the very first thing upon waking up in the morning, and twice, right before sleep.

You could commit to doing this for 40, 90, or 120 days in a row.

FOUR - Of course, you can handwrite it as many times throughout the day as well. But make the morning and evening writing be the bedrock upon which you are building the affirmation in your mind.

FIVE - Here is the beautiful kick from doing this: keep reminding yourself that there will come a day when you write this affirmation and it has actually become your reality.

Handwrite your affirmation in the present tense until it actually becomes your present reality.

SIX - If you miss a day, don't sweat it. Just write it the next day. Keep coming back.

In deciding whether you want to take the time to handwrite your affirmations over the long term, the questions are these:

How badly do you really want it?

Are you just saying you want something to impress people, or do you really, deeply want it in your heart of hearts?

Are you willing to do pay the price of time and effort in building this reality in your mind and body first?

All truly happy and successful people have built the reality of what they wanted first in their hearts and minds, and then held that reality there for many months and even years before it became their physical reality. Their success didn't just come.

They created it.

Ultimately, the burning desire has to be bigger than the internal resistance.

So how about you?

What affirmations are you working with?

Are you handwriting them daily?

P.S. -- I truly invite you to discover the authentic joyous power of the Heart-Inspired Millionaire Energetic Mastermind -- where we anchor and hold the same juicy, joyous, and loving thoughts of abundance in our heart-fields together. When the same affirmations, the same commands, are held in the hearts and minds of more than one person -- a larger coherence of energy and intelligence is formed that gives even more life, power, and energy to each individual -- all for the purpose of increasing the power of love and compassion in this world.

P.S.S. -- If you find this content useful and helpful -- then feel free to let me know in the comment section below. I am grateful to hear from you! Also -- feel free to share with your friends and family.

Be blessed.

A burning desire to be clean and sober

This is a story from the heart of the 18-year-old younger version of myself, and a testament to the power of having a burning desire....

I think back often to this young man, and I am amazed at his courage. Without him, I would not be here, that's for sure.

I share this with you to illustrate the power of never giving up on your dreams...

And I share this with you to give you a peek into my heart and my soul...

It was the summer of 1986, and a few buddies and myself (I was 18) decided to go out into a wilderness area of huge boulders outside Canon City Colorado to get wasted.
We brought several bottles of whiskey and enough weed to keep us happy. As we began, and continued to slam the booze, we got really aggressive with each other. Sparring. Kicking. Punching. Chasing each other. Throwing rocks.
After awhile, we gathered around the campfire.
For some reason or another, we got on the topic of the future. We asked each other: If we could have anything we want, what would it be? The answers around the campfire were typical. Cars. Mansions. Girls.
When my turn came around, I said, “I want to be TOTALLY clean and sober, and live the rest of my life that way.”
Blank stares.
My friends didn’t get me.
But it was true. I deeply, badly, intensely desired, and daily dreamed of the day when I would be clean and sober, where I didn’t have to get drunk, stoned, and high ever again.
We got drunker.
As the night wore on, we also got crazier.  At one point, I sat down to catch my breath. Then someone came along and smacked me on the head. I got up to chase them, and the top of my body went way faster than my legs could carry me and…
I fell, face first, onto the rocks. I was too drunk to put my hands up and break my fall, so my face hit the rocks at full speed.
I started screaming, crying, bawling – all the pain and frustration from my whole short life came gushing out. My friends took me to my brother, and I kept wailing and crying and screaming until I lost my voice. After a long time, my brother calmed me down enough to try to sleep.
I began hallucinating. I saw snakes that weren’t there. I was coming totally unglued. Later in the night, I put a piece of toast in the toaster. It was one of those toasters that always stick, and I was too drunk to remember that crucial fact.
With one second to spare, my brother came out and took the toast out, right as the toaster was lighting the curtains on fire.
I almost killed myself, my brother, and his fiancé.
The next morning, I was looking at my bloodied face in the mirror. Then came this burst of pure and utter clarity. It's like my soul spoke directly to me: You have a major problem, and you need help.
But still, it took almost another 2 years of getting mercilessly beaten by drugs and alcohol before I could seriously seek that help. But the one thing that never left me was the desire, the dream of being clean and sober one day. It was the dream of waking up with a clear mind, the dream of living an abundant life, full of genuine connections, that never turned loose of me. It was my life preserver.

It's all I had.

More than anything, that dream was a burning desire. After every night of blackout drinking, after every humiliating experience, after every horrific hangover, after every time I screamed my voice away, the burning desire kept growing inside me on its own.

Eventually, I was led me to the people and the groups to help me get sober. With the unconditional love I found in those meetings, I was able to bridge the gap between desire and fulfillment.
My last drunk happened on a mountainside in Colorado. I had relapsed after 75 days of sobriety. I was sitting on the side of a mountain with an almost empty bottle of Southern Comfort in my hands, feeling totally humiliated and sobbing uncontrollably. After many hours in my self-created pool of morbid despair, the sun came up and kissed my face.

The sun was so gentle. So kind. I could almost hear the rays of light speaking to me, "The party has to end sometime. It can't last forever." The warmth on my face felt so good.

That was February 17, 1987.
I have been clean and sober since the next day, February 18, 1987.
I share the above story to say that, often the deepest jewels come out of our most painful experiences. I wanted more than anything to be clean and sober, but first I had to crash onto the rocks head first. Our deepest pain becomes our greatest treasures when we attach new and powerful meanings to them.
The courage of that young man to tell his drunken friends that he wanted to be clean and sober above all else, led me to the person I am writing these words.

He gave birth to me, and to him, I say, thank you, and I love you.

So how about you?

What have you had to overcome to get to where you are now?

Can you send some love back to that beautiful younger version of yourself?

Perhaps place your hand on your chest, and speak to them?

What would you say?

My office is everywhere I am

In my alt-existence, I am also an attorney. This morning, after I parked in front of the the courthouse, and as I walked in, the thought and the feeling rose up in my chest of how friggin' joyous, excited, grateful, and happy I am.

After finishing my routine court appearance, here I am in the hot mineral water, soaking up the positive energy flowing up from deep in the earth.

These feelings arose in me this morning without conscious effort. I didn't wake up and try to force myself to be happy.

This is a testament to the power of my 8 Heart Commands. I just speak them 12 times each, every day, and I do so with emotion, with faith, and with passion. I have kept this commitment since July 4, 2017. Anyone can do the same.

That's it.

My subconscious mind is now holding on to them, and I am having these unexpected, unplanned, unrehearsed feelings of gratitude and happiness well up from within me.

When our subconscious minds become our ally, then we can truly find that unstoppable force and energy of joy within us.

Having a happy, joyous, and grateful millionaire mind and heart is not all that complicated.

We are joy millionaires first.

Yes, it does take daily tenacity.

And most importantly, self-love.

Heart inspired millionaires who lead their businesses and their lives with the energy of love -- they become extremely happy along the winding path of success.

They don't wait for permission to smile.

P.S. If you are working with affirmations, be sure to hunker down for the long haul. Get tenacious and stubborn about making them your reality. It does take time. If you are on the path of happy financial success, then feel free to check out my book of 8 Heart Commands that represents an exciting new way to reprogram the subconscious mind for unlimited succsss.

Love is the very essence and purpose of the Heart-Inspired Millionaire Energetic Mastermind. By accessing our heart-fields, connecting with each other, and dropping these energy-infused commands deep into our chests and subconscious minds -- we are making the energy of love more visible inside us, and therefore more visible in our lives, and in our world.

Love is the very magnet inside us that brings to us everything we desire. All that we need to do is believe in the genius inside ourselves and each other -- and then take relaxed, inspired, persistent, and massive action to carry our visions into form.

By accessing and illuminating our bodies and minds with love every day, we attract a higher vibrational flow of money through our lives. (We do this through repeatedly anchoring command #2 into our chests and bodies, and by literally breathing love through ourselves every day.)

We then take these resources, and infuse them with still more love, and then use them to better our lives and the lives of everyone around us. Ultimately, we release the money that is vibrating in this love to increase the compassion, goodness, peace, freedom, and abundance of all life everywhere. Our purpose is to increase the highest prosperity of all life everywhere.

As we heart-tap and heart-anchor all these commands into our bodies, we are revolutionizing the global economy from within. We are anchoring potent thoughts of love and service into the very center of the money that is flowing through our lives. We release money to serve the earth, every form of life, and nature in the highest, most beautiful way possible.

We are the riverbeds of love -- and we use money as one powerful, valuable tool to increase the love in the world. In the end, it really isn't the money that is important, but the love.

It is the love that we realized that we already ARE in the process of internalizing each command within our hearts and minds as we grow our lives and our businesses.

It is the love that we allowed ourselves to receive in the form of greater and greater abundance in all forms. It is the love we gave ourselves, and the love we received from ourselves, that allowed us to receive even greater waves of love from the Divine Universe within us.

It is the love that we gave to others in the process of realizing and manifesting our dreams. In giving love with all the might of our hearts and minds, we realized the true secret of our freedom ---

As we pour love into our work, our projects, our endeavors, our companies, our clients, our customers -- we prosper in beautiful and overflowing ways.  Love represents the exponential increase of abundance in all forms.

We pour love into our bodies and minds, and our true essence opens and expands into our fully realized potential as human and spiritual beings.

We pour love into our relationships and our point of emotional connection with others gets more sweet and profound.

It is the love we infuse into the money as we release it to serve the planet.

It is the awakening of love -- both within us and AS us -- that sets us free.

That is why I wrote this book and ushered these heart-commands into form. I did it to provide a way to reprogram the mind and body for unlimited success that was driven by the energy of love.

Not love in a religious, romantic, or egoic sense, but love that is spiritual, universal, and unconditional.

Thank you,

And whomever you are that is reading these words... here is a blast of love from my heart to yours... for the simple gift of you being here...

P.S. If you feel inspired from this post, please let me know in comment section below... and I hope you can dig deep into yourself and find, be, and unleash the greatest magnificence of love that you are.

And if you know of someone who would benefit from the strange red book that is changing lives by transforming hearts and minds from within... then please forward the message of my heart and my work to them... thank you!!!

Decisions are the baby birds, and commitments are the soaring eagles

Decision is defined as "a determination arrived at after consideration."

Commitment is defined as "a state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc"

When we make decisions to do something that will change our lives for the better, they really are like baby birds in the nest. When we commit, those baby birds begin to get stronger and stronger. Over time, they are the soaring eagles in the sky.

Yet, the journey from a decision to commitment is fragile in the beginning.

Nine days ago, I made the decision and declared my commitment to writing on this blog every day for at least 365 days in a row.

So far, I have honored that commitment, and I love and appreciate myself for it.

Yet, I am still in the fragile stage.

The first two to four weeks of a commitment are always the most fragile. The tendency to quit, the thoughts of doubt, the internal tension as comfort zones are breached, the resistance, the dirty laundry of the mind, the people around us, the world, the news, the bills -- all of these seem to conspire to throw us off our commitment.

But they only seem to.

In reality, we are one hundred percent responsible for keeping our commitments.

Only us.

Part of keeping our commitments is taking the time to look in the mirror each and every night and honor, thank, love, and appreciate ourselves for all our successes. This reinforces our commitment and builds our muscles of strength and faith.

We have to cheer ourselves on, and we cannot rely on others to do that for us.

Myself, I am committed to helping people access the enormous energy, wisdom, and love in their chests and minds to make the biggest possible difference in the world. I am committed to sharing my work, books, heart, love, and insight to help people manifest anything and everything they possibly can in the world. I am committed to uplifting the energetic frequency upon which money flows through our lives. I am committed to increasing the power of love in this world.

I am committed to tapping the 8 Commands into my heart-field, body, and subconscious mind every day. I am committed to believing in myself, doing mirror work, speaking and writing my affirmations, and developing my voice through this blog. I am committed to writing more books, and touching more lives through the written word.

So if you have arrived at a determination after a period of consideration, and are now dedicated to a cause then I applaud you from the deepest recesses of my being.

I honor you.

However, if you are still trying to find your footing, here are some questions for you...

What empowered decisions need to be made?

What commitments are calling to you?

What are you willing to pay the price for?

What outcome are you so committed to, that you are willing to do one powerful action, every day for a year?

What do you want more than anything?

If you were allowed to want anything at all -- what would it be?

What is the most compelling vision for yourself? Your family? Your community? The planet?

Should you decide to make the journey from decision to commitment, then start out by throwing down Thor's Hammer and telling yourself and other people, with all your strength, passion, and faith that you are committed. Let every cell of your body take notice that things are changing.

Then be prepared to walk through some internal resistance. Again, the first two to four weeks are crucial. Stuff will come up to throw you off. Be prepared for that. When stuff does come, just dig your heels in and keep going.

Past the emotional pain that arises telling you to turn around...

Past the fear telling you that danger is found beyond this point...

Past the old thoughts, lies, and conditioning telling you it can never be done...

Past it all.

Just keep going.

You have everything it takes to accomplish anything, manifest anything, and live the life of your dreams.

P.S. If this post has inspired you in any way... then feel free to comment and share to your heart's content! And if you know of anyone else who is committed to a cause, who is determined to reach their dreams, who is on a mission to make the world a better place, then please share my work, and my book with them. I am a one man army now, singing from the rooftop of this blog to anyone who will listen. So any word of mouth, any word of heart, any word of soul -- that you can offer, to help carry this message of the heart to more people, is deeply felt and appreciated in advance.

The Power Of Feeling Your Affirmations

The whole point of what I teach in my book is to take powerful thoughts in the mind, and drop them into the heart and transform them into their feeling equivalent. Once a thought gets lodged deeply into the chest as feelings, then the subconscious mind is directly impacted and re-wired.

I have had the hardest time, in the past, in getting my affirmations into my mind. I have recorded and listened to them, and mixed them with ocean sounds and made them into subliminal recordings. But if all I am doing is thinking the thoughts with no emotion, or simply listening to them while zoning out, then I'm not getting any benefit from them.

Then I discovered the process of dropping and anchoring the affirmations into the chest as statements spoken with power, truth, intensity, emotion, faith, and conviction. I call these Heart-Commands. It is like repeating them WITH the heart and the body, while the mind is more of a witness. In the Heart-Inspired Millionaire Energetic Mastermind, the practice is to take the 8 Commands, and repeat them 12 times each, every day. I put passion into my voice. I put love into my voice. I get deeply intense. I keep going.

Here is an explanation of affirmations from the mystic and Yogi, Paramahansa Yogananda:

“Repeat it vigorously from low voice to loud, from loud to whisper, and lastly from a whisper to mental affirmations, until one feels that is he is repeating the phrase with varying depths of soul feeling —that is, until one finally realized the meaning of his utterance in every fiber of his being. This is at-one-ment with one’s own affirmations through audible and mental chanting. The moment the phrase reaches the superconsciousness and the inner intuitive conviction of the soul, a volley of energy will shoot down through the spine and into the body; the vibration of that current will heal body, mind, and soul, electrocuting physical disease germs, paralyzing mental fears, and conflagrating soul ignorance into ashes.”

Read the above statement several times.

That is exactly the point of where I am going with these 8 Commands. The 12 repetitions a day of each command, repeated with intensity, power, conviction, and faith -- done over time -- totally populates the subconscious mind with these powerful thoughts. Then those thoughts attract still more powerful thoughts and get together to produce even more.

With consistent practice, the superconscious mind is reached, and from there... everything transforms.

So how about you?

Do you work with affirmations?

What do you do to feel them?

Try this:

Take your favorite affirmation, and do your very best to drop down into the center of your chest and speak it with such power that every single cell and atom in your body shakes and vibrates with its truth. Do 12 repetitions. Then come back later in the day and do 12 more. Then later on after that, 12 more. Do 3 to 5 rounds of 12 repetitions every day.

Do this for 30 days and see how you feel.

If this has helped you, please let me know how it has helped you.

P.S. -- enjoy your day!!!

What to do when you hit that emotional brick wall

In my book I talk about hallway time. This represents the period of linear time it takes for the inner reality we are holding in our hearts and minds to manifest in our outer circumstances. The inner always creates the outer. It is never the other way around. The seed needs time to grow.

Screaming at the ground will not make it grow faster.

It is so easy for many of us to get discouraged.

All too often, we allow our present circumstances to continually dictate how we think and feel, which keeps us in a continuous loop of manifesting the very unsavory circumstances we don't like.

We start out with these beautiful dreams, desires, and clearly stated visions and goals. As we begin to march forward, in comes that pesky little rascal called life. The electric bill is due. We are late on our rent. We got dinged for an overdraft fee because our bank balance just went under.

Then comes despair, depression, and frustration -- three twin brothers that just love to ride in on their horses and trash the town of our minds.

And so...

The loop continues. The current circumstances literally browbeat us into keeping our minds off our vision, off our gratitude, off our love, off our service -- and therefore our actions and are results suffer.

Then there is our old conditioning.

Those old thoughts, traumas, memories, and negative beliefs and feelings that still linger in our subconscious mind. Our old conditioning and our not-desirable present circumstances work together to keep us down, to keep us small, and to keep us from rising up like the phoenix that we are.

So what do we do when we hit the proverbial brick wall?

Here is what I do when that my head is bloodied from bashing into it:

1. Most important, I dig in and keep going. I keep working powerful, potent, amazing thoughts and truths into my chest and subconscious mind. I make it a point to drop and reinforce the 8 Commands into my heart and mind regardless of how I am feeling. When I am feeling the worst, that is when they are the most effective. I just dig into a place in me that is deeper than the pain I am feeling. I just have to get stubborn and keep doing my heart-commands.

2. I use EFT tapping. This is called Emotional Freedom Techniques. You may already be familiar with it. If not, it is a simple sequence of using your fingertips to tap on various acupressure points along the body while feeling the negative emotions. Here is an example of a series of statements that I used on feelings of hopelessness:

"Even though I feel hopeless right now, and that I feel I will never succeed -- I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway." (I repeat this three times while I am tapping the "karate chop" point)

As I continue to tap the various points along my face and body, I proceed as follows:

"I feel so hopeless! But I recognize that these feelings of hopelessness are just feelings. They are temporary. They do not represent who I am as a person, and do not reflect my potential. They only reflect my conditioning. And my conditioning can be changed."

I am still tapping, as I continue...

"As I honor and love myself even though I am feeling hopeless, I realize that I am perfectly capable of changing my conditioning, and moving through these temporary feelings with grace and dignity."

Still tapping...

"Because the truth is, I am a being of unlimited potential. I am truly capable of accomplishing any goal, and getting through any difficult emotion. I am an infinite spiritual being. I am beautiful, wise, loving, and capable."

In the above flow of thoughts, I acknowledged everything I am feeling, while gently turning it around and adjusting the sails of my thoughts in the process.

To learn more about EFT, I recommend the work of Nick Ortner.

3. I listen to or watch something inspirational. When the mind receives higher vibrational thoughts while in a low vibrational state -- it interrupts the negativity. I am currently listening to The Success Principles by Jack Canfield as I drive.

4. I take a nap. Just 15 minutes of sleep allows my brain and body to reboot.

5. I RE-FOCUS on my vision, on my dream, on my goal. Even if I don't feel all that great, I do my daily SEE, FEEL, AND BELIEVE sessions anyway.

6. Then I just get back to work. I never give up. I realize that success isn't always going to feel good. Sometimes, I just have to slog through it. That's what professionals do. On this point, I recommend the book, The War of Art, by Steven Pressfield. It is an outstanding little book for helping us conquer our own internal resistance.

So that is my little kit of tools for when (not if) I hit that brick wall the next time.

What about you?

What do you do when you smack into that wall?

How do you get through it?

The Power Of Mirror Work

I love Jack Canfield!  I have been listening to the audio version of his book, The Success Principles on the Audible App. I can honestly say I am learning so much. It is truly one of the best books I have ever read. Inspiring on so many levels.

I feel a love for this man that is quite surprising, and we have never met.

One thing that he suggests in the book is to do mirror work right before going to bed. Basically, I am to look at myself in the mirror. Looking into my own eyes, I am to tell myself what I appreciate about myself. List my successes for the day, and really express appreciation and gratitude for all the things I did right and good for the day. Then at the end, say I love you to myself.

I have done this exercise for 4 nights in a row so far.

The 1st night, I felt truly awkward. It felt like my eyes were bugging out of my skull.

The 2nd night, it was still hard.

The 3rd night, I felt a connection with myself.

The 4th night, it was hard again.

The practice is to do this every night for 90 days, and wait until after the 90 days until I decide if I want to continue with the practice.

I am committed.

Command #2 of the Heart-Inspired Millionaire Energetic Mastermind is a statement that we lodge into our hearts, bodies, and subconscious mind. It opens us up to the spiritual, energetic flow of unconditional self-love through our bodies and minds in all moments. I am finding that doing mirror work really compliments this process.

I am working on another command, for another book that I am in the early stages of writing, that drops and anchors the highest vibration of universal love into our bodies and minds.

I think I am going to add some heart-commands to the mirror work, and see how I like it. But the basic practice as proposed by Jack Canfield, is very simple, and comes in two parts: 1) Tell myself what I appreciate about myself that day, and 2) Say I love you. Self-gratitude and Self-Love.

This practice is really, really challenging me. I have tried to do mirror work before, but ran into that brick wall, and backed away. It can bring stuff up. The trick is to keep going.

I have been tapping Command #2 into my chest and body every day since July 4, 2017, so I believe this practice has given me the inner resolve and strength to keep going with this mirror work. Self-Love has begun to be entrenched into my subconscious mind. I am committed to doing the full 90 days.

Have you tried mirror work before?

What is your routine?

When I have mentioned this in my 12 step meetings, people always laugh it off and then bring up Stuart Smalley, a show from Saturday Night Live that mocks doing self-affirmations. It does make people uncomfortable. We see ourselves in the mirror but never really connect in a deep and intimate way with that beautiful soul staring back at us.

I totally understand the un-comfortability involved in doing mirror work.

But going past our comfort zones must feel uncomfortable, or we are not going past them.

Here are my suggestions if you want to go forward with doing mirror work. (Keep in mind, this advice is coming from a mirror work newbie, with 4 days in!)

1. Just decide you are going to do it every night. It may feel really awkward. For me, it feels most awkward right before I start to do it.

2. Know that resistance will come. You are stronger than any internal resistance that comes up.

3. If you do fall off and miss a night -- please, please don't beat yourself up. Just come back the next night and appreciate yourself for coming back to the process.

4. Fake it if you must.

5. Take a deep breath when you first start. That seems to help me.

6. Tell people that you trust what you are doing, but be careful about telling just about anyone. Mentioning this at 12 step meetings have gotten a varied response. Not all of them positive. Steward Smalley comes up often! HAHA!

7. Okay -- can't think of any other advice, but to just enjoy looking into your own beautiful eyes, or at least hang in there until you do.

Alright, onward and inward!!

P.S. -- If you know of someone who is into mirror work, or who could benefit, feel free to send them this post -- or to share it with your community. Also... feel free to share your own experiences with mirror work in the comment section below....

Update -- September 2, 2017

I have practiced doing mirror work every night since August 16, 2017. It has brought up a lot of stuff, and has helped me move through a lot of stuff too. It still feels uncomfortable at times, but I am getting more and more used to connecting with my own eyes every night. This is probably one of the single most powerful practices anyone can do!

Who was Heart-Inspired Millionaire Energetic Mastemind Written For?

It is hard to say that I just sat down one day and wrote this book. Instead, it really felt like it came through me. Perhaps all writing is like that. I felt like such a witness when all this material came through me. And for this simple fact, I am and will always be supremely grateful.

For 24 years I really studied everything I could get my hands on regarding the mind, spirituality, money, and success. I have always been fascinated with the concept of money. What is it? How to make it? How to be happy making it?

In my journey I have been exposed to the "money is all there is" crowd. I took a weekend seminar from a gentleman in real estate investing, and then later went for another one in Vegas. These people were focused on making money only. There was no heart energy in the room at all. No love. No talk of service or improving people's lives. Sitting there, I fell into despair. This was not what I wanted. I kept thinking, What the hell am I doing here?

(Have you had a similar experience?)

Then the pendulum swung back to the other side, to this idea: the truly spiritual people in the world have transcended money, are not concerned with it, and are too busy with higher pursuits. So forget about making millions and meditate.

Now what?

Well, I eventually came to the conclusion that yes, being solely focused on money is a path that will lead to misery, and that being so spiritual that I never think about money or success, well that's not all that healthy either. (at least for me)

I realized that money was an energy that carried the thoughts and frequencies of those it touched. I looked at the world's money supply and saw so much of the money in the world carrying thoughts of fear, despair, exploitation, oppression, greed, and misery.

I realized that yes, someone who is miserable can, in fact, make a ton of money.

And I realized that I didn't want to be a miserably unhappy millionaire.

But was there a way to be a happy, connected, joyous, grateful, giving, kind, and spiritually awake millionaire?

Were there millionaires and billionaires in the world that lived from the heart? Where LOVE was the driving force of their lives and their business?

From Manoj Bhargava, the Billions in Change Billionaire who decided to give 99 percent of his fortune away to help the planet....

to Tony Robbins and his quest to feed hundreds of millions of people...

to Marie Forleo who helps people make money on the internet while giving so much back...

to Jack Canfield, the Chicken Soup for the Soul guy, his enormous heart, and his commitment to giving back through his foundation as well.

So back to the question: Who was this book, The Heart-Inspired Millionaire Energetic Mastermind, written for?

Well, first it was written for myself. I wanted a way to approach money that actually fed my soul and helped me feel connected, happy, grateful, and at ease along the way.

(I love it so much, and I believe that perhaps, you might love it too)

I had made previous attempts to put this into form over the years, but it wasn't until September of 2015 that this material finally manifested itself through me...

This book is an energetic space of love.

This book is dedicated to increasing and amplifying the power of love through the flow of money (and abundance in all forms) through our lives.

It contains 8 Heart-Commands of the Heart-Inspired Millionaire -- which are powerful statements that you drop into the center of your heart and subconscious mind every day, over time.

These 8 Heart-Commands are designed to be repeated, felt, and held in the hearts and minds of countless people all around the planet. When the same potent thoughts are held in the minds of two, three, thousands, or millions of people -- then we really have something amazing on our hands. It is like a Mastermind of the Soul.

This book is for heart-centered entrepreneurs, dreamers, change-makers, visionaries, and future millionaire and billionaire philanthropists.

This book is for people with that dream, idea, book, plan, or vision that simply won't leave them alone.

This book is for people who want to go from less than zero to having millions of joy-drenched dollars that they can use to enjoy, share, and massively help others.

This book is for people on that sacred mission to increase the power of love in the world, and who see that money can be a useful tool for amazing good in the world.

In the end, it's not really about the money, because when we leave these bodies, we will not take our cash with us. However, while we are here, we can infuse our highest love into the flow money, and then release it to help increase the LARGESSE of the GREATER GOOD.

(Change the energetic frequency of the world's money supply, and you change the world)

So, if you are on the path of heart-centered success and unlimited financial abundance...

and your heart is BIG...

and your intention is to use your wealth to massively improve all life...

and you are determined...

and your focus is on love..

then I can EMPHATICALLY say that YES, my fingers danced on the keyboard and my heart unleased this work into the world for YOU.

P.S. Place your hand on your heart, and simply ask yourself, Does this resonate with me? If so... then grab a copy of this strange red book and get to anchoring these 8 commands into your chest, body, and subconscious mind. Feel the connection of your heart with everyone who is also repeating these commands in their heart, bodies, and minds. We are in this together. These commands connect hearts all across the planet, either in person or in spirit through the pages of this book. In doing this, a larger field of heart-coherence is created, and we are literally uplifting the energetic frequency upon which money and value is given and exchanged around the world.

P.S.S. I have published this book on my own terms, and on demand. As soon as you make your purchase, an order is sent to the publisher for printing and delivery. This is better for the planet, as only the books that are purchased are printed and shipped!  PLUS -- every time you make a purchase, I plant a tree through the worldwide reforestation website,

Do you know of someone who would really get all jazzed up about this? -- If so, please send this page to them, or share with your amazing and beautiful friends and family... All comments welcomed!

P.S.S.S. This book costs $20 plus shipping for US customers. Given that this is so much more than words on a page, I really feel that this is a worthy investment in transforming your heart, mind, and body.  I highly recommend that you really work and cultivate these commands into your chest for a full year. Spreading your initial investment out to a full year, it comes to about 8 cents a day! Totally worth it.

P.S.S.S.S. Okay, no more... I just wanted to do another P.S. for fun!!
